Error with MPEG Streamclip

Hi! I purchased the MPEG streamclip program but when I tried to export a DVD onto DV, it said "Error: can't prepare the movie". I JUST exported another DVD to DV without any problem but for some reason it wont do the second dvd. Any suggestions? I'm trying to export it into a format that I can use for iMovie.
