CD burning problems - upgrade to v 9.1.079 didn't help

My CD burner has stopped working in iTunes. It starts to burn the first track, then stops and ejects the disc with an error message (error 4251). Before it started doing this, it burned a disc, then produced an error message after the fact (I didn't write it down at the time) saying it wasn't successful. That disc plays but some of the tracks are garbled. Ever since that burn, it ejects with error 4251 before getting through the first track.

After reading some postings on this board, I tried installing the newer version of iTunes, but it didn't help. Has anyone figured this out yet? Below are the diagnostics from my latest test.
