iTunes getting R6034 runtime error

Vista x64 / x64 iTunes 9.1.0.79

I tried the fix where you copy the SQLite3.dll and that allows me to at least get started. But every time it starts a backup or applying settings the runtime crashes with R6034.

Any suggestions or are we just hoping that 9.2 fixes it?

It is partially working...

But say I download a game from iTunes app store via my PC. It says it is installed under the Apps tab and even shows it on the screenshot of my iPad via iTunes...but it's not on my iPad...I have to uncheck that app, "delete" the app that doesn't even exist, then recheck it and have it re-install, then it appears.

Thanks - I had seen that, and will do that later today. I was holding out hope that Apple would fix their bug without my having to completly deleted all the Apple programs and reinstall. I had already tried a clean download of ITunes and using it in the "repair" mode option which also does not work.

It may be that whatever they did does require a user to competelely remove all the segments and do a new install.

I expect the total removal/reinstallation will work.
