Video won't play in Firefox

A Quicktime video plays perfectly when viewed on Safari, but in Firefox the video is blank. It plays, but only with sound. What do I do?

Here is the page:

I have the same issue

http://www.onlinetvad.com/S&ETour/

I was wondering whether to switch from .flv to H264 / mov formats - i want the widest compatibility.

Flash seemed universally supported, but unless from YouTube flash does not stream to iphones / ipads / etc.

So I made a vid, exported from QTPro posted it in Apple format and it plays fine on pure Apple kit (Mac pro and Safari - or iphone ipad) but NOT on a mac running other browsers i.e. Chrome or Firefox - nor very well on any PC

I am pretty sick of this format war over online video - it is prejudicing the success of my fledgling business and has wasted a lot of my time.

I publish all my movies in .m4v file format. Either with QTPro/X "Save for Web" or from iMovie or straight to .m4v in QTPro/X.

Some I convert to to and from flv/wmv with VisualHub/iSquint.

And wmv made on a PC I either convert on a PC with [Format Factory|http://www.formatoz.com> or on a Mac as described above.

They are displayed in Flash Video players, QuickTime and HTML 5.

And you don't need .flv or wmv. Flash/Silverlight players support .m4v files.

Same movie, multiple displays.

And with the advent of HTML 5 I use OGG audio and video.

I explore all the possiblities and pick the one that suit my needs.
