You know when you enter a new contact in address book on your mac you have the option to mark as a person or as a company. I didn't see that option on my iPad and since i mostly enter companies in my address book, it's a bit annoying. Do any one of you know a way to enter a contact and mark it as a company.
On iPad, create a contact. Fill just the Company Name and than save the contact.
Now reopen the contact and edit it. voilà.
The trick is to save the contact the first time with just the company name, then you can edit it adding details as well as name informations, but it will remain listed as a company.
I may also be missing it, but I don't see any way to do that in the iPad's address book. It appears that you'd have to make that change in Address Book on your Mac and then sync the change back to the iPad.
I hope there will be changes or improvements made in the first upgrade since i am now using this ipad as my (on the road) lap top and i enter contact all the time.
