iphone restore
my iphone need to be restore but it has a lockcode/passcode which I can't unlock it to have restore on itunes plz help

Then you're gonna have to restore your phone as a "new" device & then re-sync your itunes content.

hi i have the exact same problem! I need to restore my iPhone but i have a passcode, how to i restore it as a new device???

Oh man, please help. I m hopin i dnt alredy no th ansr to this. I was havn probs doin th update threw itunes. Wen i did it thn restored my backup aftr th update, i kept losin sum of th new features lik th folder thng. This was frustratin nd was also tryn to find out xactly what features wer included wth th update. I noticed a cupl othr minor ones nd tht was it.
I saw tht once th update was dun nd wen i was askd if i wntd to restore fone th previous backup, i cud c th utilities foldr on my home screen tht lookd lik it did wen i bot it. But wen th backup was dun, i lost tht folder. So i thn dwnloaded th .ispw file 4 3g to my desktop nd shft restore. Nd thn wen it askd if i wntd to restore frm previous backup or set up as new fone, i did new fone to c if tht wud work knowin tht i hadd all of my apps, pics, muwic, etc., saved in a seperate location in addition to wer itunes normally saved it. In case of emergencies. But now since doin tht nd jst putn th apps bak on my fone frm th itunes library, all my savd info in th apps r gone. My ? is, how can i get all tht savd info hak. If i canv havnt truied usin th apps i hav savd elsewhr, but is thr anothr way to get evrythng bak cuz th elsewhr apps wernt all th ones i had b4 cuz i hadnt savd my new ones thr for awhile. I didnt realize it wud delete all th savd info i had in th apps on itunes. Thot all th info was stored along wth th apps in th library.
