New Ipod User Needing Help - Can't Get Setup Assistant to work
'm hoping somebody can help me. I have been trying for hours now to install Itunes on Windows XP.
It downloads, I run it, it installs, but doesn't seem to bring up the Set-up Assistant. After I click Finish on the first set up menu, it does nothing. So I then go and click the shortcut to start Itunes and to sync it with the Ipod Touch, but nothing happens.
I have watched the set up video and can't see what is wrong.
Edited to add: I don't get any error messsages while trying to install Itunes.
I have a very unhappy 13 year old who can't enjoy his birthday present!
