iPhone 3gs charger port melted and home button is super hard

My iPhone was charging over night and in the morning I found that charger and the iPhone was melting and now it doesn't turn on and doesn't charge what do I do now?

iPhone 3gs, iPhone OS 3.1.3

Make an appointment at an Apple store, if still under warranty all will be replaced if determined to be a hardware failure not caused by user misuse. If you're out of warranty, Apple offers an out of warranty replacement program, the cost in the US is $199.

I would also have an electrician check the outlet in case you have a wiring problem.
