Can't view trailers.

I can't view trailers on ATV or in iTunes on my MacBook. No idea why this is suddenly happening, i've been able to watch them in the past.

I updated iTunes last week,not sure if this has got anything to do with it?
When i click on play trailer it shows the bar but the disappears, does absolutely nothing.
On iTunes when i click play trailer a white box appears then nothing, it stays blank.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Thank you.
