VPN router for iPhone

I am looking for a VPN router that will let me establish a VPN connection from my phone and then let me remote control via either Windows Remote desktop or VNC. I have tried a Netgear FVS336G and a Fortigate 60 without luck. I want something under the $500 mark. Preferably under $200.
