My iPod is formatted each time I'm out of battery

My 5g ipod nano is formatted each time I'm out of battery and has already freeze.
I recently reported to customer service to Apple: they were thought to have solved the problem but not always bug my ipod 😟. Could you please advise me what to do for my ipod. Before his departure from Apple it did not want to sync (now thanks to them is set).

Je l'ai récemment rapporté au service après vente d'apple : ils ont pensés avoir résolu le problème mais non mon ipod bug toujours 😟 . J'aimerais que vous me conseillez s'il vous plaît pour savoir que faire de mon ipod. Avant son départ chez apple il ne voulait plus se synchroniser (maintenant grâce à eux c'est réglé).
