Don't know. Are you getting any errors? Which version are you using? Are you having issues with PRO or the free player?

Can you tell us what you have done in an attempt to correct your printer?

Is the one you get with snow leopard...is not the pro, and when I click on it, nothing happens, nothing comes out

Quicktime X is always present in my dock. I just clicked on it, and you are correct, nothing happens other than the little white dot appears beside the dock icon, meaning the application is open. I did the Expose thing to make sure the Quicktime player wasn't hiding behind my many open windows.

However, if I choose to open a file in Quicktime X, the player appears in all its glory. I hadn't noticed this behavior before but I guess the player only appears when it actually has a file to open. I also opened Quicktime 7 and it opens as always with an Apple window telling me all the exciting things going on in the world of Apple Quicktime.

    Hope this helps.

Click on the QT Player X icon and use the file options, appropriately. Nothing else is supposed to happen. It's not like QT Player 7 which opens a window to Apple QuickTime.
