Page Numbers Only Appearing on Odd Numbered Pages

Hello,

I thought I did a normal insert of page numbers and page count, like I've done many times before, but today only on pages 1, 3, 5, and 7 do I see "page 1 of 8" in the header. Couldn't find anything via help page. Any suggestions?
