Updating Javascript

G3 Blu&Wht, OS 10.3; Trying to install a Telus internet stick to my G3 but get a dialogue screen asking to update Javascript to 1.5. How can I do that without the Telus internet stick? Can I download it from Apple onto a flash-stick using another Mac, and then transfer it to the G3? If so, where can I find the update link.
