Can you track a lost/stolen ipod touch

the same thing happened to me just the other day. i was thinking maybe Apple could tract the serial number of my Itouch if the criminal every plugs it in to a computer and downloads songs. I had everything on it and i really need it back.

File a police report

just got my pocket picket while in spain. Is there anything that can be done to disable the ipod so that it unusable? Are there rods of caution about what pople should do to protect them selves and information after the ipod is stolen

Change all the passwords for all the accounts/programs that can be accessed on the ipod.
