Hi everyone,

First of all, sorry if this topic is repeated. I have been searching just in case but I did not find it.

The problem I have is as follows: the contacts created directly on the iphone are not syncrhonizing with Outlook 2007. So, if I create a new one with the iphone this is not copy to Outlook. If it helps, the iphone contacts groups I have are: "All", and below "From my Pc" is "All of my Pc".

I have an iphone 3GS and, as I said, using Outlook 2007 to manage contacts.

Thanks in advance (and sorry if my English is not 100% accurate...)

Best regards,

Asus, Windows 7

Is anything syncing with your Outlook? There have been issues with syncing and Outlook 2007 due to issues in the later versions of iTunes. See if it is just contacts, or if there are other syncing issues. I can recommend some support documents then after that.

Thanks Crhis for your attention to my request.

This is the only issue I have with synchro. The changes done in Outlook are synchronizing perfectly with the iphone. The calendar also. The only one problem is this one, the contacts created on the iphone are not going to Outlook.

    Thanks again,

I'm sorry, I missed your earlier reply. You do have the option to reset the sync history in iTunes, by going into Edit>Preferences>Devices, and then reset sync history. Have you done a reset on the iPhone? It is unusual that you have syncing going on with the iPhone in one way and not the other, usually it is the other way around.

See if a reset of the phone helps. To reset, hold the power and home buttons down together until you see the Apple logo and then release, ignoring the slide to power off screen. This does a reset of the phone OS but does not hurt any of the data. Then try adding a contact and see if it will sync.
