Terrible lag chatting with someone on AOL
I have two computers on my wireless network: a MacBook Air and my new iMac i7.
Using the MBA, I can video chat with my friend (who's using AOL's client on a PC) just fine. On my new iMac, however, we are experiencing terrible lag times (round trip lags of 15 or more seconds). The problem is replicable.
I have checked the wireless router connections and everything is nominal. Using Skype for video chat shows no difference between the two computers.
The version of iChat on my iMac is 5.0.3. On the MBA, the iChat version is 4.0.8.
