Keyboard shortcut to navigate in a dialog window?

Go to System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts and see the option at the bottom of the window. Alternately, you may be able to use certain default keystrokes. For example, the blue pulsing button is always activated when you press return, and Cancel is almost always activated by pressing escape or command-period. Don't Save may be activated by pressing D or command-D, depending on the app.

You can use the Tab key to move through the controls of a dialog box.

Go to System Preferences and select Keyboard. Then click the Keyboard Shortcut Tab. At the bottom of the window, under Full Keyboard Access, make sure the All Controls radio button is selected.

Now see if you can tab through the controls of a dialog window.
