Mac OS X can't repair the disk G-Raid 3

I am using FCP with my G-raid external hard drive via firewire.
When I launch FCP it cannot go into Recently I got the following message:
"One or more of the scratch disks you have specified does not have read/write access."
I also get the following message:

Mac OS X can't repair e disk G-Raid 3
You can still open or copy on the disk, but you can't save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can.

I can see the G-raid on my desk top.

Any suggestions?

I called the support at G-raid. They told I have 2 options:
1. use Disk Warrior ($99)
2. back up and reformat the G-raid

I will start with option 2. I selected the files (600Gb) and started the copy process to the internal hard drive on the Time Capsule. Status bar says that it is
Copying xx Gb of 650 Gb - 71 hours. Is it going through the Wifi or directly from G-raid TC? How do I know this?
