iStumbler 99 no good

Version 99 of iStumbler won't open on my MacBook. When I double-click on the icon, the program just sits there. It won't run at all. The previous version ran fine. I think the previous version was #82, but I don't know, because the hyperlink on MacUpdate's iStumbler page brings a "404" error.

Does version 99 run for anyone else?
