How do I report a scam app?

I can't find the link in iTunes or on the site to report an abusive app, although I'm probably missing something obvious.

The app in question is:

Which is basically a typical blatantly obvious email scam in app form. No idea how the ** this got through - hopefully the moron who approved it will be suitable reprimanded. =/
