Issues with Waves Tune in Logic

Anyone using Waves Tune and having issues? I never used to have any problems but this week a few things have arisen...

Firstly...
General clicks and pops when using it. I've tried adjusting the audio buffers - in case it was a latency issue - but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
It can't be due to a slow system - as you'll see from my spec.

Secondly...
A song that I brought in from Pro Tools (consolidated audio files). The song had a number of tempo/signature changes, so I first copied those in Logic and then imported the audio.
Now, when I'm using Waves Tune and it gets to a tempo/sig change, there's a nasty click, spins out a bit, then returns to normality. This makes Waves Tune impossible to use in this part of the song.

Any ideas?

Are the audio files from PT without the Waves Tune playing back correctly? Or is this only happening when Waves Tune is active? At what sample rate is your project set? 48k 96k etc? And did you try to lower the sample rate if higher than 44.1?

Yeah, they play back fine without Wave Tune on the track. Also, the original one, in Pro Tools, was in 48k but I converted it when I consolidated to 44.1k. The sample rate in Logic is thus set to 44.1k.

You think all that might make a difference?

Sometimes it does but to be honest I don't use Wave Tune. I was wondering that you might have been using a high sample rate setting. Some plugs do not always handle it. But in this case it shouldn't be a problem. So it must be the tempo changes you mentioned. What you could try is bounce the track within Logic with the tempo changes and then use the Wave Tune after it.
