AAC 128 Conversion Error -50

I am attempting to sync my iTunes library to my iPhone and iPad using the 128 kbs ACC conversion option. Most content seems to sync fine, but there is a specific song that the AAC converter seems to get stuck on with an "unknown error -50", and causes the sync to fail. I am sure I can "manually manage music and videos" to get around syncing this specific song, but that isn't a decent solution for me.

What I have tried:

Manually converting the offending song to 128 AAC using the Acvanced - Convert to AAC option, and the manual conversion outside of the sync process fails.

Rename the song, because the song and the album share the same name.

Neither option have helped.

I started by getting this error...

"iTunes could not copy "xxx" to the iPhone "my iphone name" because an unknown error occurred (-50)."

Happens on a few songs (and halts the sync operation). The songs play fine on the Mac and I can find no issue with the actual file itself on the disk - it just won't transfer to the iPhone.

So after searching, I linked this error to the conversion to 128 kbps AAC. I tried converting one of the offending songs, and get a similar error.

Songs have no embedded lyrics (but do have artwork).

Out of > 4,500 songs (~23 Gb) it seems there's less than a dozen that cause this issue.
