Memory Stick Pro Duo

I have a Sony Cybershot Camera (DSC-T10) that uses a "Memory Stick Pro Duo" opposed to a "SD" or "mini-SD" card.

I have the camera connection kit and the USB cable works, but would rather not carry yet another cable. I've searched in great detail to find some type of converter so I can plug the card directly into the kit.

Does anyone else have this issue? Does such a converter exist?

One possibility.....

If you have a USB memory stick reader, it may well work when connected to the USB Camera Connection Kit adapter. Compact flash readers do work when plugged into the USB dongle see: [This link|http://terrywhite.com/techblog/archives/5214] for some more info on this and other Camera Connection Kit possibilities.

Try your local Best Buy or a similar electronic outlet in your area.

I found an easy solution and it does work, I purchased a memory stick reader/writer with a usb port, and plugged it into the usb slot on the ipad adapter, it works perfectly fine. Downloaded all my photo's and delete them from the memory stick also. Pity apple could not have thought of that and helped many people out.
