Does Anyone Know How...?

Does anyone know how to recreate Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit"? If you do, either post pictures of the process or type it out how to do it. If you could send me a link or PM that would be fine as well.

I assume since this is a GB forum you know about MIDI. I did a Google search for

"smells like teen spirit" .mid

And a LOT of sites came up. Here's one with about 20 different versions of the track in MIDI.

http://www.midisite.co.uk/midi/search.pl?t=smellslike+teenspirit&m=0&x=50&s=50

Audition by clicking. If the track sounds right, right-click and download the .MID file

Open a GB project, doesn't matter what kind

Drag the .MID file onto the GB project screen

All tracks in the MIDI file will populate.. you can get into Track Info for each track and substitute a better sound, if possible.

having the song in MIDI means you can isolate parts, view them in notation format, change tempo without changing pitch, and/or transpose any of the parts.. use Cycle Region and learn it a few bars at a time.
