Watermarks difference between Aperture 3.0.2 and 2.1.4

Hi,

have a look at those photos (not good, just a fun shot with a tele..)
but u see the difference between the 2 versions of aperture - all settings are the same.

does not matter if .psd or .png for the watermark.

2.1.4 - good

3.0.2 - bad

what should i do? i think apple have to fix this **** bug. good money for a currently bad product -> *****.
