Skins for iTunes v9.1.1.12

I was trying to find a decent skin for my iTunes and downloaded 'Silent Night skin' from deviantART.com, I went on youtube to see how to change the skin, followed the instructions to the letter BUT unknowing to me the downloaded skin was for iTunes (v9.1.0.79 only)and not my recently updated v9.1.1.12 ... files were copied across and installed but my iTunes skin did not change ... Will this affect my iTunes at a later date?? Do I need to get rid of these files, if so how do I do that? And where can I get a decent number of skins for my version!! Also why doesn't iTunes start making their own skins that are simple to download and install correctly as the default skin is drab and boring!!
