iPad 3G : Should I buy at an Apple store or Best Buy

The local store, 5 mins away, will be selling the 3G at 5 PM today, and there are no lines. The Apple store is an hour away and I would rather just but it at the Best Buy. My question is this: Will Apple honor replacements / warranties etc. if I bought the product at a Buy Buy? I.e if I have a problem with my device and I take it to the Genius bar, and the Genius finds a problem with the device in the first year, then will they still replace / repair or? Or will I have to go to best Buy?
