No disc recording software found...

iTunes isn't allowing me to burn any playlists to disc any longer. It gives me the above message and I am not sure why and how I can fix the problem. Can someone help me? Thanks.

CD Driver 2.2.0.1
CD Driver DLL 2.1.1.1
Apple Mobile Device 3.0.1.3
Apple Mobile Device Driver 1.46.0.0
Bonjour 2.0.1.2 (214.3)


iTunes is not running in safe mode.



** External Plug-ins Information **

No external plug-ins installed.

iPodService 9.1.1.12 is currently running.
iTunesHelper 9.1.1.12 is currently running.
Apple Mobile Device service 3.0.1.0 is currently running.

** CD/DVD Drive Tests **

No drivers in LowerFilters.
No drivers in UpperFilters.
Failed loading CD / DVD drives, error -43. Try doing a repair install on iTunes from the “Add or Remove Programs” control panel.

Writing CD text is turned on in the preferences. If you’re having problems burning CDs, try turning this preference off.
