iPad International Use

Does Apple ship the iPad Wifi + 3G in an 'unlocked' state? In other words, is it usable in any country? I purchased it in the US, but may be moving abroad. What countries is this device is compatible with?

Mac Mini, Mac OS X (10.5), 2 GHZ Processor, 2GB Ram, 320GB Hd

Yes it is supplied unlocked.
Be aware that it also use the new micro SIM card format which is not available in many countries yet.
It will be compatible in which ever countries have phone service providers that can supply a micro SIM card and have a data service you can subscribe to. At the moment that is the USA only as it is the only country that the iPad has been released in.
