Key on keyboard keeps being pressed.

my

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ - key in continually p\ressed.\.\ i think its stuck or something.... it makes my macbook pretty useless... i already took the keys off and cleaned a bit, but it doesnt stop. P\lease help\.

Does the same issue occur if you boot the computer using the install DVD? To check this, insert the DVD that came with your MacBook and restart the computer, holding down the C key during startup. Now test using the Terminal utility (which you can find by going to the Utilities menu).

If the issue persists, you definitely have a hardware problem. Contact Apple for a repair.
