Magic Mouse - BEEP noise

I am wondering if I am the only one whose brand new magic mouse makes a very bright beeping noise. It is not annoying or something because it's not loud at all.
I'd like to ask you going to a quiet place and put the mouse right next to your head, with the front of the mouse facing your ear - and listen if you got the same.
The tone changes when the sensor recognizes movement, so I guess that small LED (or whatever it is) is the problem.
Can anyone help me?
