Are you having some problem doing the standard things, like dragging the Tweetdeck app from Applications to the trash and uninstalling Adobe Air using its uninstaller in Applications/Utilities?

It's not an Apple product, so what more would you expect? Search Google or contact the author of Tweetdeck for support.
