offline error in Apple Mail

OK. So I have been using Apple mail for the last 3 years or so and I feed all of my emails into apple mail using the POP settings. I also have a few emails that are imap, like a gmail account etc but I am having no problem with those.

The email addresses that I have POP through godaddy are the problem and it is mainly the outgoing email server that seems to be the issue; smtpout.secureserver.net, my apple mail will not connect to it and send an email however I can go directly to the email server and send it that way.

Does anyone have any thoughts??
