Netflix Freezing

When I watch a movie it started to freeze. what should I do?

What you should do is provide more detail on the problem you are having.

If by "freeze" you mean that the movie has paused due to an interruption in the video stream then this may be a network problem or a Netflix server problem. In this case, the video will usually resume. However, if the server is having a problem with that movie, then further breaks in the video may continue.

If by "freeze" you mean that the Netflix app becomes unresponsive then you may have found a bug in the Netflix App.

If by "freeze" you mean that your whole iPad becomes unresponsive and only can be brought back to life after a hard reset then you may have a H/W problem with your iPad.

You are a man of few words! 😉 Presumably by, "not responsive at all", you mean that the home button would not work and you had to reset the iPad? If so, you may have a H/W problem. Take your iPad to an Apple store for analysis and possible replacement.
