As the subject header says callers cant hear me! On neither outgoing nor incoming calls. I have only had the phone since Saturday and only started to use it today since my number was ported over! I am getting fed up! Please help! k x

    Reboot the phone - hold HOME and SLEEP for about 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, ignoring "Slide to power off".

    Are you using a wired headset, bluetooth headset, or holding the phone to your ear?

    Your profile indicates you are running 3.1.3, what happens when you try using Voice Memo? Are you able to make a recording?

    I am not using a headset or any other type of device. I have tried using voice memo and (if im using it properly - pressing record button and speaking, then replaying) then it is not working or doesnt seem to be recording my voice anyway! Think I am going to have to take it back to the shop tomorrow unless anyone has any other ideas?! x

    I press the silver button on the top and keep it pressed for 10 seconds as you suggested but it just keeps on the slider to power off page and then goes back to screen with aps on. It doesnt just power off - is this right?

    You should read the instructions more carefully. Push the silver button at the top (SLEEP) *AND the HOME button on the bottom AT THE SAME TIME* for 10 seconds or until an Apple logo appears.

    Thank you for that! It seems there is a problem with the phone after all, its not just me! They are sending me out a new one on Tuesday! X
