Voice text and type

Is there an app that dictates words as I speak into the microphone? I need this for texting and emailing.

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2), 2.2 ghz intel duo core processor

This needs to be an app that works within "messages" and that I can use when I email someone from the phone.

There will not be an app that works from "within" the mail or sms iPhone app as this is not allowed by Apple.
Dragon Dictation will let you dictate a message and then either sms or e-mail it to somebody, but you have to run the app first i.e not from within the mail or sms app
