iPhone OS 3.1.3
After using Adobe Acrobat I converted a PDF form into a Fillable Form PDF and successfully tested it in different browsers.
The form will not work on my iPad though.
Didn't even check the date. Thanks for suggesting the Reader.
I had this question too, and just got the Adobe reader app and it works! Thanks!
