Cannot reply to email from Yahoo or Myspace accounts

I'm not sure about MySpace, but for Yahoo try this:

In your mail account, near the top part of the page there a link called "Options." click it and choose the option to switch to classic mail. If I do that, I can compose and send mail fro my Yahoo acct.

Some text boxes in web pages seem to be using some code in them that confuses the keyboard on the iPad, leading it to believe that the text area doesn't have the keyboard focus (or something).

You're welcome. For MySpace, try this: click on the little button that says "HTML" just above the text box. That turns off the fancy formatting but it allows me to type in the text area with the iPad.

Hi could you please help me with hotmail? I cant reply to emails the screen locked and the keyboard never shows, then everything freeze, I have to go again to settings and renew the wifi and start all over again, I have no problems reading mails, but I cannot write a new one or reply, please help, I am using hotmail.

Hmm. I don't see any setting that would fix that. I looked at the Hotmail page on my desktop, too, and it didn't work all that well there, either. I had lots of problems with pages not loading completely and the debugging tools in Safari showed lots of errors.

If it were me, I'd probably look into another free email account like Google or Yahoo, then just forward my Hotmail account to that. Gmail or Yahoo can even be used from the Mail app on the iPad, which I think is nicer than web mail like Hotmail.

Hi. I am having a problem, too. All the servers are on. I went to "Options-Mail-Accounts-Servers, etc" in the iPad, and follwed the instructions to make sure I can send e-mails. However, I cannot send e-mail from my Yahoo account. Furthermore, I cannot find the "switch to classic view" option, as has been suggested earlier. I looked all over for it.
Also, in my Hotmail account, when I reply to mail, I cannot see the original e-mail, which makes it very difficult to respond to a long e-mail when you cannot re-read it. I am used to modifying the sender's e-mail, sometimes, too, but this is , obviously, also not possible. Why can't I see the sender's e-mail? My 3rd and final account, AOL works properly.
