saved documents in bold, saved document not in bold

When I look through my saved documents in Pages, some are bold and I can open those. Other documents are not bold (gray) but those documents I can not open or delete them. Any reason why this happens and how I could get them deleted?

Thanks for any help!

Some of these are the exact same document as a bold one. For example, I have 3 documents titled "sentness" but only one is bold, the other two are grey and won't open. Next to each one of these documents is a page with the corner bent, the bold one has the pages symbol on it, the others are blank.

The one that is bold, not greyed, is the one you can open with Pages. The others are in another format.
