navigation bar pushes all content off the page

I want to put my navigation bar at the bottom of the page. I created a custom left hand navigation tabs, but I want the nav bar at the bottom for SEO purposes. When I move it all my content goes off the page.

Also, nav bar is 1/8th tall and I can't enlarge it????

Help! I've been researching this simple questions for 2 hours....:(

Thanks!

The navbar is located in the header layer of the page and when moved just increased the header height accordingly. If you created a custom text based navbar it can be located in the body of the page. If your navbar is text based and in the navbar area Command+Drag it down to where you want it. That will get it out of that layer.
