Is there a way to contact Apple for iTunes Store tech support? The links I can find only go to areas like accounts, billing, and purchases. And the "Apple Expert" call-back service says that the iTunes Store is one of the "products not yet supported."

I posted a message here a couple of days ago about a problem I'm having publishing an iMix, but so far there's been no responses.

    That link goes to a page that says "If you have an *account, billing, or purchase question,* send our iTunes Store support team an email using this form. If you have a technical question about iTunes, contact Apple Technical Support."

    The link to "Apple Technical Support" goes to a page that says:

    Telephone support is available for customers using iTunes with any of these Apple hardware products:

    * Mac
    * iPod
    * iPhone
    * Apple TV

    Given that my issue is in the "Using iTunes Store with Windows" forum, none of those Apple hardware products is involved.

    The other option on that support page is the "Apple Expert for iTunes" call-back service ... but even if you ignore the requirement for a serial number (I do have an iPod), that service doesn't include support for the iTunes Store.

    Right, they don't give out free Windows support, since they don't sell any Windows hardware.

    If you haven't purchased anything Apple, you're probably looking at the wrong website!

    iTunes is supposed to be supported on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

    For those who have purchased an ipod or iphone and are forced to use this software, where else are they supposed to get support from?

    Issues involving an iPhone or iPod, and associated issues with synching to iTunes, are handled by the Apple tech support line (for free if during the period provided for free support), or at an Apple Store for those who have one in their area.

    The iTunes Store, however, does not provide telephone technical support. Their web contact form is the way a user contacts the iTunes Store for issues with accounts and purchases.
