A little help??

Well, I really didn't know where to put this so I guess I'll just put it here. So I just opened up new iPhone headphones (the pair with volume control) and I'm trying to listen to some iheartradio but the only problem is the sound only comes out of the right headphone. When I play music, however, it's fine. Thanks for the help

Try your headphones in a PC/laptop/other device.
If it still only comes out of the right side, take them back

If it comes out of both, try listening to your iPod on the phone...both sides=app only plays one channel, one side=iPhone faulty

The iPhone is not faulty.

If "normal" sound comes out of both sides and iheartradio only comes out of one side...then what is causing the issue?

Sounds like the iPhone is acting normally, with the iPod funtion playing both sides. iheartradio has issues, promise. Google it.
