Getting a superdrive

Hi,

I currently have a Macbook that was purchased a year and half to 2 years ago (when Leopard had started coming with the new macbooks).

These are the specs for my disc drive:

MATSHITA CD-RW CW-8221:

Firmware Revision: GA0K
Interconnect: ATAPI
Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipping Drive)
Cache: 2048 KB
Reads DVD: Yes
CD-Write: -R, -RW
Write Strategies: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, CD-Raw
Media: Insert media and refresh to show available burn speeds

I want to be able to burn DVD's so i'm thinking about getting a superdrive and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a cheap(ish) one that i can install in my macbook (preferably a slot-loading one if there's a choice).
I'm aware a slot-loading drive will cost more but i am not exactly quite sure what i am looking for in terms of the models so if someone could even show me one on ebay that would be great.

Thanks,

Martyn

Hi Martyn,

not ebay price, but this is what you should be looking for http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other%20World%20Computing/MMBSD8XDLK/
