Boot Camp Assistant to Create Windows 7 Partition: Can't Get Past Black Scr

Hello,

I am using Boot Camp Assistant to create a 100 GB partition, and then install Windows 7. However, the Windows 7 disk never loads. The screen remains black. No flashing cursor.

Steps I am following:

1. Launch Boot Camp Assistant 3
2. Create a 100 GB Partition
3. Insert Windows 7 fully license disk
4. Click on the "Start Installation Button"
5. The MacBook Pro restarts and attempts to launch the Boot Camp Windows 7 volume
6. I never get the traditional flashing cursor, followed by the successful loading of the Windows 7 disk
7. The screen goes black and stays black
8. That's as far as it get.

At this point, I have no idea how to proceed. I don't know if it the problem is due to graphic cards, sounds cards, or other issue.

Any assistance would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you,

Tony
