-20 error message when syncing music to iPod touch

Hello, I have been having an issue that whenever I try to sync a song to my 2nd gen 16 gb iPod touch. The specific error says "iTunes could not copy (song name here) to the iPod (iPod title) because an unknown error occurred (-20)"

I did have to restore the iPod on a different computer because if I try to restore the iPod on this computer I will get that dreaded error 9 message. (firware is 3.1.3)
