Mail Exchange support and 1and1 mail account
Has anyone figured out how to get these to work together yet? I don't want to use IMAP because I want the calendar and contact syncing.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.3)
I FINALLY answered my own question. Here is how to get 1and1 Exchange working in Mail:
-Create a new account
-Enter your name, email, and password
-Wait for it to timeout and give you a new screen for more options
-In the new screen, add exchange.1and1.com to the server field
-Use exchange\eXXXXXXXXXX for your login (Find eXXXXXXXX by logging into Xadmin @ 1and1)
And viola! The tech support couldn't even help me do that... but it works now, with mail, contact, and calendar sync!
