MOTU 828 mkii Headphone Output Not Working

Hello!,

I am currently running Logic Pro 9 along with my MOTU 828 mkii interface. Everything has worked very nicely since I purchased the interface, until a few days ago, when I tried to plug in my headphones to listen to something and suddenly I had no sound, be it on Logic, iTunes, or anything. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem and how one would go about fixing it?

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried toggling the Phones Assign in the Motu Audio Setup app that runs when you boot your machine and it sees your Motu?

I sometimes have to toggle this between Phones Assign: Main Out 1 -2 and Phones 1 - 2

It usually ends up on Main Out 1 - 2 but sometimes seems to 'forget'. The toggling gets the output back again. And not to insult your intelligence at all (cuz I've done this a couple of times) make sure the headphone volume is up. Once or twice I turned the headphone volume down when I meant to turn down the Monitors!! That pesky push toggle switch.
