Select ICE-Numbers when iPhone is locked

Hello
I have an iPhone that runs over my company. So it's synchronized with Exchange. After a time, therefore the iPhone is locked and can be unlocked only by entering the code. I have now two ICE-Numbers (in case of emergency), where I would like to select, also if the mobile phone is locked. I have checked everything, but I didn't found a way to change something, that I can select the number (s), also when the phone is locked. So my question is whether anyone knows if this is possible. Other way. I can delet these ICE-Numbers, then when I have an accident, no one can select the number.

There isn't a way to do this as far as I know. The only numbers you can dial while the phone is locked are emergency numbers such as 911.

I know this. But I hope, someone has found a way, to generate some other numbers. For an accident, could be very important, to choose an another number then only 911. Specially, when the user of the iPhone, can't speak anymore or is in coma. So you can then call the ICE number of his iPhone for more informations etc. Maybe there is a possibility to send this to Apple for a Changerequest ?

MedicAlert (www.medicalert.org) is great like this. Even if you don't have health conditions they can contact the people you want contacted. If you do have any medical issues or medications it helps even quicker.
