Can not sync "Documents to Go"

I am having a problem sync'ing Docs To Go that is installed on my replacement Itouch. I had the app on another Itouch but that one died and had to be replaced. I reinstalled Docs TO Go on the new Itouch and it works fine with local documents but if I want to use the Desk Top function the Itouch will not sync to the app. I tryed reinstalling Bonjour and even reinstalling version 1.0.6 as some people suggested but did not work. I should mention that Remote will not sync either.
I have tryed all the suggested work arounds but none have worked.
I hope someone can provide some help as the makers of Docs To Go will not.

Ipod Touch 16g version 2, Windows 7, running Itunes version 9

Thank you for the reply.
I have tryed them but they state on their site that this is an Apple problem and they do not support any problems with Apple Iphones or the Ipod Touch.
Their site shows a work around using Bonjour 1.0.6 but states that they could not duplicate the problem thus could not recommend a soultion.
Basicly they are zero help.
Again thank you for your response.
If anyone has a suggestion that could solve this problem please bring it on.

Thanks, boo1947

Thanks for the reply. As far as I can tell all I have open is Docs To Go. The instructions say I have to have that open on the Itouch and not have it connected to the PC via the USB cable.
When I open the Deck Top App and have the Itouch on with the WiFi active on the Itouch and Docs To Go open on the Itouch all I get is the Desk Top App saying that it can not find the Itouch (or something like that). At this point I lost.
Thanks for the help but once again I'm still needing some guidance.
See you all soon, boo1947

You mention that another app fails to sync as well. In that case, it's likely that it isn't Docs to Go, but rather something in the Wi-Fi connection. The sort of thing you're seeing happens to me all the time at work. Try shutting off your router (pull the power plug), wait a minute, and then plug the power back in. Wait another minute for it to start up, and then try DTG again.

Unfortunately, the Touch has the most unreliable Wi-Fi of any device I've ever used. I have to do this almost every day, sometimes even twice a day.
